I truly feel like Donkey Kong Bananza is the culmination of everything Nintendo has learned over the last 40 years. It takes from Mario, DKC, Zelda, Splatoon, even Kirby. It is a genuine, once in a generation, masterpiece for anyone who considers themselves a Nintendo historian.

Fascinating how Nintendo essentially view most of their NES titles as one entity who typically move together whenever being brought back in some contemporary form. I wish they'd reevaluate their individual merits once in a while (Balloon Fight deserves a stand alone franchise)

I think the answer is to give him Wrecking Crew. Sneaking, Scrambling, Haunched-Posture, Deviousness, Screwing-Over Opponents - it's kinda all you can do with Waluigi as we understand him visually and personality-wise. Plus it tracks with his "just a here to fill a role" nature.
