I did a Fire in the Booth on BBC Radio 1 in 2017 in which I used the words "cosa nostra." The Jewish Chronicle lied that I used the phrase "kosher nostra" and then lobbied the BBC relentlessly on the issue. Eventually the JC withdrew the lie from the headline and article.

Israel has just bombed another UN school that people are using as a shelter. Children killed. This is not a war. This is a genocide.
