Bill Clinton must resign. If he’d lie to his wife, “what will prevent him from doing the same to the American people?”

'Democrats ought to be planning to make Smith’s unseen evidence public before the election, in the event that the court tries to hide any of it behind a fabricated veil of presidential immunity.'

If you doubt how important it is to win STATE LEGISLATIVE races, the news out of ARIZONA should make it crystal clear.

Democrats only need to flip 2 seats in each chamber to get a TRIFECTA.

Clarence Thomas hearing Trump's immunity case, when his wife Ginni was directly involved in efforts to overturn the 2020 election, tells you everything you need to know about the Supreme Court's new code of 'ethics.'

It's a sham.

It’s to the eternal shame of the Supreme Court that they even took up these completely insane arguments, but especially that Justice. Thomas hasn’t recused himself.

The bottom line is that Trump is likely to get what he wants—a further delay of this election subversion case, maybe pushing it to after the election. If that happens, the public won’t get the benefit of having a jury determine before election if Trump tried to steal 2020 election

As Arizona issues an indictment of the Trump Conspiracy, it's a good time to remember that Ginni Thomas pressured 29 different Arizona state legislators, urging them to approve the fake electors.
