I saw a little elderly well dressed woman eating leftovers at a top London department store rooftop cafe. She simply waited for customers to leave a table, sitting down briskly to finish off half a croissant- a pot of tea- a salad-cakes etc. She foraged for two hours.

This is just so weird. I’m in London every week, I use public transport, I wander around and this is not what I see, sure London has its problems, as do all big cities, but I don’t recognise this commentary at all. Is there a reason why only right wing people see this?
