Loving the AI assist with documents these days: Here's my workflow: Make a markdown file from my Google Doc using the 'Copy as Markdown', use Claude or ChatGPT and attach the file. Iterate with the AI, then paste the markdown back into the Google Doc using 'paste from markdown'

I've been playing with Claude plugins, subagents and skills this week. It's quite remarkable. I've already migrated a few GitHub automations to make use of them. It feels like a step change even though it's basically just dynamic prompting.

Claude's estimates and plans always amuse me: - **Estimated effort:** 4-6 hours - Phase 1: Week 1 - Phase 2: Week 2 - 3 And then it goes and implements everything in a few minutes.

Sometimes AI just get's stuck. Claude was working on this issue in the background basically all day and when I finally got to looking at it myself it took me 20 minutes.

I've been running clawdbot on my laptop for a week now. Honestly it feels like it did to run Linux Vs windows 20 years ago. You're in control, you can hack it and make it yours instead of relying on some tech giant.

I need to put my clawdbot on a diet before it eats me completely out of tokens! Maybe I'll try some intermittent fasting 🙃

What do you do when you hit your Claude subscription limit? - stare vacantly into space - pace nervously - go for a run - skip between other tasks like a butterfly between flowers - just carry on coding the old fashioned way (ha, never)

Does anyone have a good AI coding setup that includes an automated review loop? I've cobbled something together but I feel like there should be a better solution.

I don't think I need an IDE anymore. I've opened my IDE once in the last two weeks, otherwise I'm just working in the shell with an agent and lazygit. Now I'm reaching for a light terminal editor and neovim is coming out on top. I never thought I'd be a 'vim' person :-P

I've started using GIT worktrees heavily recently and with Claude releasing worktree support I've found some useful ways to configure it. snopoke.com/2026/02/27/wor…

This lines up with my experience. I'm doing more, multitasking more, working after hours more and taking fewer breaks.,. Time to take a moment and put some intentionality back into my routine.
