NWS Tsunami Alerts This TSUNAMI ADVISORY is now just for the outer coast of Washington state and does NOT include the inner counties of King, Pierce and Thurston. Hiking or camping in the mountains? Make sure to pay attention to the weather & make sure you have a way to receive weather alerts. If thunder roars and you're on a ridge or in an open area, retreat to a sheltered area. #wawx

A lingering chance remains for a couple isolated thunderstorms in the Cascades this afternoon. Otherwise the story will become cooler temperatures going into this weekend and next week with a cool and damp pattern (including chances of showers). #wawx
