Hello Pinnacle Service Families. My kitchen is flooded. There is water coming through the ceiling. I have been on hold for over 1.5 hours. Please get people on the phones.
On hold for almost 2 hours with Pinnacle Service Families. First availability is Monday as this isn't deemed an 'emergency'.
I have a flooded kitchen, no water supply to the house (other than what's coming through the kitchen ceiling) and I'm expected to wait for 72 hours.
