Congratulations to our team who competed at regionals this past month! Our team took first place with a total of 20,504 points. We won 64 awards among all our individual team members, and we will advance to the state competition in February!

The Shawnee Mission School District (SMSD) has updated the inclement weather procedures for the 2021-22 school year. The plans can be viewed here and more information has been emailed to all staff and families.

Good luck to our Nationals team tomorrow!! They’ve made it through 2 days of speeches and interviews already, plus the art and essay events. Tomorrow they’ll wrap up the competition with 5 hours of math, economics, science, social science, literature, and music.
