How is it racist to fire a head coach for failing to make the playoffs three years in a row? He interviewed with three teams and got one of the jobs. They gave him an opportunity but he didn’t do his job.

There were 3 black head coaches at the beginning of the season, so 1.43% behind actual demographics. Are all other ethnicities represented accurately? Do teams want the best coach or the right ethnicity? What about women head coaches? Their massively under represented.
