Our #preprint on Pitx1 & Liebenberg syndrome with @BompadreOl98894 is out. Key findings: Phenotypic severity tied to proportions of Pitx1 overexpressing cells, not transcription level. Pitx1 transcription doesn't drive enhancer-promoter interactions. 1/X biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
