But how do you move when you feel paralyzed with fear and worry? One. step. at. a. time. Just focus on your very next move. That might be just taking a shower. Then figuring out what to wear.. Because every moment doing *something* moves you away from doing nothing.

There's no such thing as "QUICK" in fitness. Any ad, program, or person who tells you this is lying to you. BUT - there is "relatively quick". If you stick with your workouts, healthful eating CONSISTENTLY then your body will have no choice but to change.

On top of *consistency* is PATIENCE. Watching your body change is a "watching grass grow" kind of thing. You can't see it happening but it is. Keep going. Keep doing the right things. Keep your mind thinking goal-getting thoughts. You'll get there!

Your fitness isn't in the amount or reps you do. It's not in the amount of calories burned. It's not in how many days you work out. Those are simply variables in the most important aspect of it all... your mindset and determination.
