SMART held two book-cleaning events in Salem last week with @mapscu and volunteers from Salem-Keizer Public Schools Yoshikai Elementary as part of our efforts to expand the Children's Book Bank across Oregon! We are incredibly grateful for the community’s support in making this happen!

Nadine Devaney, our volunteer Site Coordinator for South Umpqua UCAN Head Start, made over 90 crochet dinosaurs for the students and staff at Winston and South Umpqua schools! It was such a labor of love and the kids got SOOO excited! 🦖 😍
