Final results

Kosovo has long history in boycotting elections, Albanians in 1990s, Serbs after 1999s. Without push from Belgrade, the Serbs ain't participating in the Kosovo elections. The first push was in 2001 when the Serb Coalition Return (Povratak) won 11.34% or 22 seats (12+10 reserved).

Regarding the comments on the boycott of today's referendum in the North Kosovo:

It typically does not end well when the majority community presumes to know what is best for the non-majority/minority community.

Voter turnout was low because of the boycott, not because citizens are satisfied with the current mayors.

Naravno da nije bilo kao za vreme 90ih, ali je odgovor bio izuzetno jak.

Broj žrtava varira od 8 do nekoliko hiljada. Amnesty International je '85 govorio o 300 žrtava.

Pored toga, oko 2500 ljudi je krivično/prekršajno kažnjeno ili upozoreno. Oko 700 ih je lišeno slobode.
