guys wtf is going on i randomly feel good ? this usually never happens so early in the morning

omg yesterday i finally bought powdered pb im so excited to try it in my smoothies

the universe is testing me today work is so busy

i brought my journal with me to work but why is it lowkey embarrassing to write in public

going out with my mom and not covering my scars cuz it’s so hot😭😭 i feel so uncomfortable i hate this

i feel like shit and everything is annoying me i’m gonna have a major crash out

i’m going on a little cabin trip with my friends in a few days and it’s really stressing me out bc not only am i fat but also it’s gonna be impossible to hide my scars

tried making a regular smoothie today instead of a yogurt bowl and it does not taste good 🧍🏻‍♀️ and now i have to rush drinking it bc im gonna be late for work

i have such a bad headache rn and work is so busy im not gonna make it

starting my second job for the summer today and once again terrified bc of my scars, esp bc i was there last summer so idk😭😭😭

actually really nervous to be around my friends with my scars showing, i wanna enjoy my time but im so scared esp bc on my thighs its worse 😭

genuinely tho does anyone have any advice for getting over ur fear / guilt for having ur scars out and others seeing them 😭😭😭 im losing my mind
