At the 6th ASEAN Joint Disaster Response Plan workshop, Ambassadir Ambra Dickie reaffirmed Canada’s support to regional disaster resilience. Projects in partnership with the AHA Centre strengthen coordination across borders and locally-led preparedness to large-scale disasters.

Canada partners with Asian Development Bank on the ASEAN Power Grid! Canada is contributing CAD 2 million towards the development of sustainable regional energy infrastructure in ASEAN.

Le Canada collabore avec la Banque asiatique de développement (BAD) au projet de réseau électrique de l'ANASE. Le Canada contribue à hauteur de 2 millions de dollars canadiens au développement d'infrastructures énergétiques régionales durables au sein de l’ANASE.

Lors des réunions de coopération organisées cette semaine par le Centre de l’énergie de l’ANASE, le Canada a informé ses partenaires de son engagement de 2 M$ CA en appui au réseau électrique de l’ANASE, en partenariat avec la Banque asiatique de développement.
