God knows what he's doing. Sometimes I forget. I struggle with figuring out what that plan is most of the time. God knows my heart & desire. He wouldn't withhold something out of spite. He has plans to "prosper me, not to harm me, to give me hope & a future" (Jeremiah 29:11).

Stay close to your passion! That’s where your peace resides!

When your mental health isn't in the best state, give yourself a break. Don't feel guilty for things you can't do. Normal things like eating, sleeping or socializing may be difficult, it's okay to struggle. Rest, recover, be kind to yourself & know the bad times are temporary.

Many of us become over explainers because we've grown up attempting to be heard by people who intentionally want us to feel misunderstood. Our growth is recognizing we are not responsible to explain better, but to protect ourselves from those looking to exploit our vulnerability.

Stop trying to defend yourself to these toxic people. They already know you're right, they just want you to go insane proving it ✍🏽
