The Erin Shelbourne Miller Preschool Endowment was established as a scholarship to provide financial assistance for a child who is attending the St. Joan of Arc Preschool. This scholarship memorializes Erin Shelbourne Miller’s selfless contributions as a teacher and advocate.

U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona announced today that Bishop Chatard High School has been named a 2023 National Blue Ribbon School. Bishop Chatard is one of 10 schools in the state of Indiana, and one of only 2 in Indianapolis, to receive this national honor.

The 8th grade Light of Leadership mass is a right of passage for our top class, as they are officially recognized as the leaders of SJOA. Each year the 8th graders design their own crest, which is then featured on the sweatshirt they receive.
