Our new preprint: the influence of human genetic variation on Epstein-Barr virus sequence diversity; a genome-to-genome study led by Sina Rüeger & Christian Hammer based on @HivSwiss samples and data. medrxiv.org/content/10.110…

Recently did an 1h online course on bike maintenance hosted by London Bike Kitchen and saw this Zoom meeting starting slide - a great reminder that presence in meetings is vital, but often neglected in the millions of remote meetings/seminars/conferences we had this year.

Big thanks to everyone involved and to Jacques Fellay for being as supportive as always!

In "The headache with data repositories", Sina Rüeger shares her perspectives on our community call, and challenges in both using data repositories & storing data in repositories while working as a genomic data scientist sinarueeger.github.io/post/the-heada… #RStats
