I no longer use any gas, my meter has been capped off, and I'm out of contract. So Energy say they will continue to charge standing charge until they have removed the meter - but they have no availability to do so. So I'm stuck paying for nothing. This can't be right Ofgem ?

Hurrah. Onshore windmills are beautiful, highly efficient, reduce energy bills, increase energy resilience and reduce carbon emissions. In future we will treat them with the affection we have for historical windmills. theguardian.com/environment/20…
