Sad to hear this news today. I remember getting a chance to briefly speak to him after he attended a staff conference. He gave such a powerful speech that day, it's one that will stay with me. Such a friendly person to speak to too. 😢

We’re sorry to hear that Doddie Weir OBE has died. Since sharing his MND diagnosis in 2017, Doddie became an inspiration to many, raising awareness and campaigning tirelessly on behalf of those with MND. Our thoughts are with Doddie’s wife Kathy, his 3 sons, family and friends.

Happy New Year to all my followers! First day back today after a Christmas break and this week marks 9 years since I first started at the Association. A lot of changes have happened in that time and I'm glad I still get to be part of it all. Here's to an exciting 2024!

I’m spending the day at the Digital Northants #MergedFutures6 event. It’s fascinating listening to various talks from local businesses how VR, robopets, website tools, AI and much more can be used in healthcare and how it often improves the quality of life! 👍

Spending the day in London at the Quaker Friends House helping with the live stream of the Annual Hawking Lecture. Really fascinating day meeting new faces and what’s going on in #MND care.
