Two good wins for our teams last night in the Edinburgh Bowling Association league. 1st XVI won 5-4 Queensberry Bowling while the 2nd XVI defeated Wardie BC 7-2. Both teams doing well - keep it up lads.

Ended up being sunny Wednesday in the Edinburgh Bowling Association league last night and both Sighthill teams had an excellent night. 1st XVI defeated Tanfield BC 7-2 and the 2nd XVI won 9-0 away at Leith Bowling Club to top the league.

Not wet but windy Wednesday for the Edinburgh Bowling Association league. 1st XVI travel to face Parkside BC in the 1st Division. 2nd XVI host Northern BowlingClub in the 2nd Division. Both team doing well so keep going lads. Both start 18:45.

In the Edinburgh Bowling Association league our 1st XVI suffered a 6-3 loss at Parkside BC to leave them joint 3rd in division 1. 2nd XVI won 9-0 at home to Northern BowlingClub to increase their lead at the top to 7 points in division 2.

Excellent win for the Sighthill 20 in the Edinburgh Bowling Association Edinburgh Cup as they have won 3-2 Carrickknowe bowling to advance to the Quarter Final where we will travel to face Wardie BC this Friday.

Our Ladies returned to Edinburgh Bowling Association league action tonight as they hosted Dean Bowling Club and our ladies have recorded a fine 5-0 victory to remain 2nd in the league.

In the Edinburgh Bowling Association league last night it was two excellent wins for our XVI’s. 1st XVI won 7-2 Postal Bowling Club while the 2nd XVI won 7-2 at home to Postal Bowling Club - well done both teams.

It’s Edinburgh Bowling Association Wednesday and with the sun to be out our 1st XVI are on the road as they face CRAIGENTINNY BOWLS - with the title possibly out of reach a win to consolidate 3rd place would be great against the current league leaders. Good luck.

Our 1st XVI claimed an excellent 5-4 victory CRAIGENTINNY BOWLS to remain in 3rd place Edinburgh Bowling Association league 1st division.

2nd XVI defeated Goldenacre BC 7-2 to claim the title and promotion in the Edinburgh Bowling Association 2nd division. Great achievement and fully deserved with 11 wins from 12 league games. Well done
