Crews are making great progress on Fischer Hallman Road as the project nears completion! Paving and final grading are well underway, with base asphalt being placed and things starting to take shape. Not long now until this busy road is back open with smoother, safer travel ahead!

Project Update! 🛠 We visited one of our Infrastructure crews on-site last week as they were busy installing the new watermain on a local site! An essential step to bring reliable service to the property and support future growth, it’s always rewarding to build close to home!

Big progress at Southwood Way Affordable Housing! 🏡✨ The exterior siding is nearly complete and work has begun inside, bringing this local project one step closer to welcoming future residents! Next up on site: pouring curbs and sidewalks, paving, and landscaping!

Project Update!📷 We’ve got boots on the ground and pipe in the trench at our Becker, Ann & Fife Street project in Kitchener! Last week, our crew worked through a forcemain installation that’ll support future MTO work in the area.

The stormwater management pond at our Tillsonburg Industrial project is showing exciting progress with the liner officially installed, marking a key step in protecting the site long term! At the same time, steel is going up and the building is starting to take form!

Project Announcement!🚧 Sierra Infrastructure is officially on site in Woodstock, prepping for a brand-new commercial development at Bond's Corner (the corner of Highway 2 and County Road 4)! This build will feature 47 commercial condo units across 48,000 square feet!🏬

Sierra Bridge is on site at Windham Rd. in Vanessa, getting to work on the replacement of a structure that’s stood for over a century!🏗️🌉 This week’s focus: breaking down the existing concrete and removing the original wooden posts that supported the 100-year-old bridge!

We’re kicking off our latest bridge reconstruction project at Brant’s Crossing, a shared investment by the City of Brantford and the Government of Canada. This bridge has stood for generations, but after serious damage during the 2018 ice jam flood, it’s time for a new chapter!

Our infrastructure crew in Kitchener is closing in on the final stage of this road reconstruction project, with storm sewer installation nearly complete! These systems are a key part of protecting the surrounding area from runoff!💧🚧

Project Update!🛠️ Progress continues at our 5-storey Maple Villa Long Term Care project in City of Burlington, and we’re excited to see the parking garage coming together and drywall going in!

There's nothing we love more than a busy site!🙌 We visited Tillsonburg last week, and between Blue-Con installing storm servicing, Otter Valley pouring interior slabs, and Tresman finalizing the structure and installing roof decking, this project is full of activity right now!🏗️

Occupancy has been achieved at our affordable housing project with Woodstock Non-Profit Housing, and crews are finishing up the final details. This four-storey, 52-unit building will soon welcome residents, helping meet the growing need for affordable housing in the community!🏡
