My lab mates surprised me with an HPLC piñata and smashing it to bits was the most cathartic experience ever 😍 Thank you Roman Belle and Emma
Passionate about chemical biology, peptides & display technologies? Two #chemicalbiology postdoc positions available in peptide discovery Kawamura Group funded by the European Research Council (ERC) Closing 4th May –bit.ly/3mQMGT2 , bit.ly/3N30dS3 Newcastle University Newcastle Chemistry.
Had a great time at the annual MoSMed CDT conference talking about my work and also hearing about all of the amazing science being done within the CDT. Dinner at St James' Park stadium was a nice treat too! #mosmed23 Kawamura Group
Congratulations to Tom Smith for winning the prize for best poster at the 2023 MoSMed Conference! This prize was kindly sponsored by AstraZeneca #mosmed23
Prof Akane Kawamura (Kawamura Group) has been awarded the Jeremy Knowles Award for the development and application of cutting-edge technologies and chemical probes to study and modulate therapeutically important biological processes #RSCprizes
Absolutely thrilled & honoured to be awarded the #RSCPrizes Jeremy Knowles Award Royal Society of Chemistry! Many thanks to my incredible team, collaborators & colleagues over the years, and funders for supporting my research.
