Tomorrow I will be taking on the Cani-Raid two day event in aid of Maggie's in Cheltenham. Day 1 is 19 hilly miles followed by an evening of wild camping and then day 2 is 15 more hilly miles. Just to make it more challenging I will be carrying my own kit.

Lots of comments prior to last nights game complaining that it was being played on a Friday on Gold Cup day. Well, in my view it was a success. I think the ground staff and stewards did an incredible job and the supporters were the best Gloucester Rugby π #GlawsFamily π
