On November 4th,SHSU College of Science & Engineering Technology (led by our CCE Fellow Dr. Diane Neudorf) held the second STEM day for Girl Scouts, led by faculty, staff, and students. Activities ranged from slime-making and fingerprinting to collecting weather data and examining parasites, and much more!

During our Houston Family Christmas THIS Saturday, we will be serving holiday refreshments at Eliza’s Kitchen. For the gingerbread, we are using a recipe that comes from John Cook’s 1824 cookbook, “Cooking and Confectionary”. 🎄Houston Family Christmas 📅12/9/23 ⏰3-7 p.m.

ACE Course Highlight! In fall 2023, students in two sections of Dr. Ashton Mouton’s Business Communication course built a large-scale communication campaign for the Hospitality House Huntsville. A few samples of their work are featured below.
