Superb Double Netball win for our Y8 and Y9 teams last week with 2-0 and 3-1 wins, Mckenzie and Pightling were our POM’s 🔥🏐🔥🏐

What a final, narrow loss for our Y9 Boys rugby team in the Emerging schools competition last week with KES Academy I think both will agree it was a great battle. 🏉🏉🏉

Y7 Boys Football team produced a clinical performance to make it through to the QF of the County Cup. ⚽️⚽️⚽️

SHS Sport & PE Jared finished the racing under the roof series in Manchester with a 4th in the Superclass final and 3rd overall for the series. He continues to push hard and reap the rewards.

SHS Sport & PE Springwood School Jared will be on BBC Look East tomorrow (18th) at 18.30. He will also be on Radio Norfolk throughout the day and the BBC website from 6am.

SHS Sport & PE Jared got the summer season off to a flying start with a win in Superclass at the first summer regional held at Ipswich.

A great Panathlon event this week hosted at Lynnsport Taking part were Hillcrest, Nelson, St Martha's, Sandringham and Flitcham. Thank you to the Sports Leaders from SHS Sport & PE for supporting and to Harry from @panathlonchallenge for leading the morning of activities.

🚨U18 County Champions 🚨 The 6th Form Boys Football team became the County Champions on Thursday night beating Wymondham College 2-1 in the final. Massive achievement from all the lads and throughly deserved. ⚽️⚽️⚽️

SHS Sport & PE 8 weeks post surgery Jared is in Tiel, Netherlands with the GB team. Today he really stepped up to the plate making the final in his 1st race in Junior men on the international stage with an impressive 2nd in the semi final 😀
