If a nurse administers the wrong medication to a patient they lose their job, license, and can be sued for everything they have. So if a cop “accidentally” pulls a GUN instead of a taser let’s act accordingly! Fuck qualified immunity bc clearly you aren’t qualified!

If I “accidentally” inject a patient with Glucagon (⬆️ blood sugar) instead of Epinephrine (counteracts anaphylaxis) & the patient dies, I lose my nursing license & could be criminally charged, esp after 16 yrs in nursing. Whoopsie doesn’t work when you have lives in your hands.

Doesn’t seem like a total accident that the NYPD raids on students at Columbia and CCNY are happening at the same time that Rafah is under brutal siege

The main danger to our community tonight was the huge armed police presence requested on campus by admin - not protesters. A wholly disproportionate response that provoked disruption, fear & frustration across the whole wider community, not just Columbia. 5/

Minouche Shafik isn’t the only one to blame for bringing NYPD on campus. Look at Columbia’s trustees who have personal interests in silencing student protesters. Abigail Elbaum is on the NYPD police foundation. graphic by Mona Chalabi.

Tonight, we honored the legacy of Iman Marcellus Khaliifah Williams after he was executed by the state. From Missouri to Gaza to Ferguson, we will honor all of our martyrs and prisoners. ❤️‍🔥
