Wow - Its been a hard decade+ for journalists, but it seemed like we were starting to come out the other side a bit for just a little while and then this week happened. To all of my journalist friends/contacts - sending virtual support and a hope that things even out again.

So true - social media was not part of the professional resume in my early job hunting days - its refreshing how its changing.

An end of day shout out to all the affected journalists at Buzzfeed and Insider. My thoughts are you. It has been hard watching so many journalists I've worked with over the years be hit by closings and layoffs. Happy to be a resource in any way I can to all those affected.
