BTW - these guys have a great OD app as well that's free to download on the apps store. It walks through an OD process that you might find helpful!

Jane Stewart and I recorded a super-cool theWOWpodcast conversation last night with Shackleton Group about what it's like to be in and lead in the Marines, and what civilian organizations can learn from them.

Fascinating stuff.

We'll release the podcast early next year :)

Even in a virtual environment we must make the tough calls. I've seen leaders pass the buck and not make decisions and it always ends badly sooner or later. Get into a frame of mind that emotions can be kept in check and tough calls become easier. Shackleton Group

Facing a tough decision? You can't wish it away, tempting as that may be. Clarify what the root problem is, don't try to go it alone, learn to accept support and weigh pros and cons, recommends @edgillcrist. sbne.ws/r/FTzR
