Students enjoyed exploring higher education opportunities and researching different universities over the last few sessions and it was great to finish the programme with a campus tour and a Q&A session.

The University of Derby and DANCOP welcomed our Shirebrook Academy year 10 students onto the Kedleston Road Campus today for the HE and ME programme.

The 24th is fast approaching-Prom fundraising is continuing! Cash Raffle tickets are on sale! For every ticket sold, 50p goes in the pot, 50p goes to the prom. The more tickets sold, the more cash for the winners! Also available on Parent Pay! Your support is greatly appreciated!

A polite reminder that the deadline for Leaver's Hoodies is fast approaching. Orders need to be in by Monday 6th May. The charge is £25 and students can have their own nickname printed on the reverse. Orders can be made through parentpay or at student reception. Yr11 Team 😊
