This morning, @chicagosmayor broke ground on the $40.2 million THRIVE Englewood mixed-use development, which is the sixth #InvestSouthWest RFP development to move forward. There are 10+ more RFP projects in the pipeline scheduled to break ground in the next year.

Thrive Englewood is the latest #INVESTSouthWest development in the South Side, bringing 62 residential units, 51 of which will be affordable to households earning up to 60% of the area's median income. This new development will house, employ, & serve residents for years to come.

This morning, Mayor Brandon Johnson attended a joint ribbon-cutting and groundbreaking ceremony for Phase I and II of the $81 million 43 Green development. These #InvestSouthWest projects are bringing 179 residential units and 8,600 sq. ft. of retail space to Bronzeville.
