I think I’ve treated 1000 gymnasts for back pain & 80% of helping comes down to 1. Reduce skills that hurt (arching, landing, etc) 2. Improve hip/shoulder soft tissue flexibility 3. Weight train glutes, upper back, core 4. Avoid fast routine ramp 5. Change skills if needed

Have been swamped so social media / podcasting in back seat but some exciting things in the works 1. New Athletic Low Back Pain Course 2. New comprehensive gymnastics elbow OCD research paper 3. Per request case study podcasts from busy clinic (treated 70 gymnasts last 6mo 🫣)

Last 6mo has been peak busy with courses, research, clinic etc so podcast has been paused. But I know many find it useful. I take notes constantly to organize my brain. Considering “brain dump” style podcast of current work, thoughts etc. What do you think? Yes? No? Meh
