I had the honour to presented my first ever abstract titled "associated pathologies with CRSwNP: A case report and literature review" at Rhino Egypt international conference on its 30 anniversary. A lot of thanks to my mentor professor Reda Kamel. I'm eternally grateful.

Whatever level of competency you reach during residency is all but deficient unless you learn the value of decision making especially in tough, less straight forward cases. Technical skills are important, but knowing when to apply those skills is the tough part.
