Pleeeease David Turley nerf Shen R amount when you end up seeing his winrates after this patch. Do not norf his Emp Q dmg again and reduce skill expression even more. I beg

Dear Riot, Shen is omega broken because of his passive buffs this season + R HP ratio + Every Shen item buffed (Heartsteel, Deadmans) compared to every other item nerfed. Just don't nerf his Empowered Q, please nerf other parts like R or P. Thank you in advance.
