Nice swim workout this morning! Water was warm. Always a nice switch up! Thank you to April and Susanna for allowing us to do this. Shelton Public Pool #SheltonXC

Last team run of the summer! We completed and competed in a poker run. Every 400 ran got you a card. After five laps you could start trading in cards to make a better hand. Winner = Hudsyn 2nd = Quynn #SheltonXC

Pic doesn’t show it, but we did a partner Bike/Run Challenge this morning. One partner ran .5 miles and the other rode 1 mile, then switched. We kept this going for a decent click! #SheltonXC
