At this morning’s Texas DFPS meeting, Equality Texas & TENT — among others — will share testimony of trans kids and their families. Last month, the Texas Supreme Court ruled Greg Abbott does not have authority to direct DFPS to investigate families of transgender children.

The good news keep coming! Today, a federal district has declared the categorical exclusion for coverage of medically necessary gender-affirming care contained in the North Carolina State Health Plan for state employees to be unconstitutional and unlawful!
