Its Captioning Awareness Week 2024!! Did you know new figures show there are around 18 million people in the UK with a hearing loss? That's 1 in 3 of us, and I bet each one of you will either have themselves or know someone with a hearing loss. #CAW24

As someone who is deaf I am one of the 18 million and have not always been able to enjoy theatre and the arts in the same way as my friends and family. However, Stagetext’s captions have made theatre and other live events accessible to me, and it’s been life changing! #CAW2024
