Honoured to host Casey Gwinn & Gael Strack Alliance for HOPE with our community partners Safe Centre of Peel who shared invaluable insights on recognizing, investigating & prosecuting IPV strangulation cases. Collaborating to create a positive impact in the lives of IPV survivors.
We are excited to announce the Safe Centre of Peel is an accredited Alliance for HOPE Family Justice Centre! Alliance for HOPE is one of the leading systems focused on creating innovative, collaborative, trauma-informed, hope-centered approaches to meeting the needs of survivors of IPV.
The Safe Centre of Team is honoured to attend the Gender Based Violence Symposium today. Our Director of Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration Shelina Jeshani will be apart of the panel discussion to share insights, raise awareness and answer questions.

Honored that of our Director of the Safe Centre of Peel Shelina Jeshani provided crucial witness testimony to the Federal Gov's Status of Women Standing Committee on coercive control. A vital step in protecting survivors and addressing systemic abuse.
