Is #systemsthinking involved?
Sheetal Mistry My own view is that EDI experts need to start refusing to do EDI stuff until the org is willing and ready to address the root causes — whatever that looks like. Even if that means turning its business model upside down. Piecemeal stuff does not change anything.
