AT&T has the worst customer service. I was promised AT&T fiber service only to wait 6 weeks. I have a live wire across my driveway and then when they went to bury it they cut my sprinkler system. No internet, no DirectTV service. AT&T is losing my business after 18 years.

AT&T attempted to bury the fiber line but cut the sprinkler system and never returned! No call. Now I have no internet, No DirectTV , nothing! Talking to customer service for an hour to get nothing.

This is the new AT&T fiber service! Live glass wires in the street and over the yard. This is real high tech service. Shameful. Do better!

Update: AT&T techs just left. Issue resolved in Step 1. Thank you Stephanie Sloan, Kevin Mitchell and Daniel McCormick! You went above and beyond. Tuesday I hope the final fixes are made in Step 2. Customer service is the bedrock of business.
