For anyone who missed this paper, Gorka Lasso BarryHonig & Sagi Shapira use protein structure similarity to scan for molecular mimicry between host & viral proteins. Several interesting candidates identified in pox, herpes, paramyxo, and coronaviruses. doi.org/10.1016/j.cels…
