How I felt this morning when I realised that at any moment I can change my habits and routines and I don’t have to live my past in my present

In all seriousness, a dysregulated nervous system and complex ptsd is nothing to joke about. But at this stage in my life, being kind to myself is allowing myself to view these things compassionately, lightly and with some humour.

I deserve to laugh and approach life with joy.
