It really matters.

I lived with colitis for over 20yrs, one day my son was dropped on his head at school it set off my colitis. I tried inflixamab and steroids but I lost my bowel 6mths later. I went on to have hrs of reconstructive JPouch surgery, life is very different now. #WorldIBDDay #JPouch

Doesn’t it sound lovely. Unfortunately it just opens the door for those who are downright evil to hide their abuse. No records, whistleblowers/parents concerns ignored and cyp fobbed off as unreliable witnesses.
