The next 3 sets were pin presses. I kept the weight the same for the first 2 sets, and then I added some weight. ๐ Even though the bar rests on the pins; Don't release the tension in your chest. Perfectly ImPerfect

Like Joseph Mahler ๐ฏ always says... "Go to the gym", so I went. Continuing with the widening of my bench press and pull up superset. I cut the sets in half. I did the wider grip bench press in Larson variation. Looks like I need to add some weight to the bar.

I switched things up a little bit. Instead of dumbbells presses. I did some overhead presses with a close grip. 1912American



Three sets of 5 reps. Hey Marc Lobliner - IFBB Pro, here I am squatting without a belt and shoes. ๐คฃ๐ ๐ I have more in the tank; I wanted to make sure when squats are deep. Yeah... The weight is light, BUT there is more.
