Terrible service from Asda 1/2 my food shop missing from the delivery yesterday. Promised it would be redelivered between 2 & 5. It didn’t arrive. Promised between 9 & 11 this morning. Still no sign. Promised it’ll be here before 12… believe it when I see it Asda Service Team

Awful service from Asda plus missing items and unsuitable substitutes for the last few months. Think I’ll give Tesco or Morrisons a try. Can’t be any worse!

Bought a pair of adidas trainers from Amazon at the end of February. Less than 2 months later they have developed a fault… Amazon.co.uk or adidas UK won’t help and say they can’t repair, replacement or refund. Amazon Help totally against #consumerrights
