Trevor Zegras, Jamie Drysdale, and Tyson Foerster all jumped Parker Wotherspoon, Noel Acciari and Ryan Shea. Owen Tippett got involved too. Fists were FLYING.

Trevor Zegras has gone down the tunnel. Looks like an ejection. He looked annoyed with the officials, who have admittedly been taking a long time to get this shootout going. Was banging his stick against the boards and gesticulating angrily.

Bobby Brink called Sam Ersson “elite” in shootouts. Called him “one of the toughest goalies in the league to score on” in those situations.

Travis Konecny highlighted how special it was to get a helper from Sean Couturier on his 200th goal. Noted that Couturier has been his teammate the longest and has been a teacher and good friend of his throughout the years.

Sam Ersson and Christian Dvorak don't look to be on the ice for practice today. For goalies, it's just Dan Vladar and the fake wooden goalie stand in the other net (that dons Anthony Stolarz's old Flyers goalie gear!)

Based on what they're running in practice, it looks like Egor Zamula and Noah Juulsen are a pair, while Emil Andrae has been with Adam Ginning.

Trevor Zegras said he didn’t know the rule that he couldn’t participate in the shootout after his misconduct. Laughed and said it was “a dumb rule.”

Zegras also revealed that they had been working on shootouts in practice the other day, and that it was cool to see Bobby Brink translate his move from practice to an actual game shootout. Grinned and said of Brink’s move, “What a move by Bob! …That was nasty.”

Rick Tocchet revealed that Sam Ersson wasn’t on the ice today because he “tweaked” something while warming up. Called it a day-to-day thing and that they’ll reevaluate tomorrow.
