I do get that there could be a negative feedback from a former program but not even hearing what happened is wild to me. If i have a salary I’m making and it puts food on my table I’m gonna dig and at least hear both sides of the story before i chance losing money and seeing…

It’s wild to me that coaching staffs don’t reach out to former programs and learn about kids that they recruit to bring into their program. Your job is on the line and you don’t take time to learn about the type of kid that your bringing into your program is nasty work 🤷🏾‍♂️
