As I come to the end of writing my jikook secret santa 2025 fic, I’m rereading this fic so I can give them the ending they deserve. And I am feeling terribly guilty about stopping work on it completely to work on the SS. I’m so sorry to keep everyone waiting. I will work hard on an update!

Wow, as I reread this to make sure the next chapter has appropriate continuity, I am struck by how much I forgot in the time I’ve been away from it. I also am really encouraged by my notes for Ch 22, there is some good stuff there. I’m excited to finish this one. 💜

Okay I finally sat down and started working on Chapter 22 and I think it has potential to be really lovely. I want to end strong, these two deserve it. 💜

Ugh I don’t want to whine and I don’t like to share personal stuff but omg what a f&cking week. Last weekend had to put our sweet 16 yo kitty down & yesterday I was in a car accident. Super stressful. So while writing is my happy distraction it’s very hard to concentrate today 😭
