Day9 of #FITember Lunch time stroll with the SFRS Family Support Trust Tuesday Trekker Group at HQ 🚒❤️ Evening walk with Miss Monagh to go visit her gramps 🐶 👨🏻🦳 #thenightsarefairdrawingin 🔦
Day 12 of #FITember has been a rest day for mom and a modelling day for Miss Monagh….. Proudly wearing her SFRS Family Support Trust bandana 🚒❤️ Hope our other 4 legged participants have also received their merchandise - look forward to seeing their photos 🐶 🥰
Day 13 of #FITember & a change of scene for our SFRS Family Support Trust challenge - on the Ayrshire coast & 1st time visiting the Stranraer Oyster Festival 🦪 followed by an autumnal evening walk with Miss Monagh on the shore 🏖️
Day 14 of #FITember & managed a couple more miles on the shore with my girl #missMonagh in between the showers 🌧️ for our SFRS Family Support Trust challenge - absolutely delighted with our total mileage so far 🦶🐶 ❤️🩹
Day 15 of #FITember and our SFRS Family Support Trust challenge. Slight injury niggles so just the one stroll with my girl on a slightly windy beach 💨 🌊 half way point & it’s great to see all our participants & teams clocking up the miles to support their Scottish Fire Service Charity 🚒❤️
Day 16 of #FITember & chasing rainbows in between showers 🌈☔️ another couple more miles towards our SFRS Family Support Trust challenge 🚒❤️getting close to our original mileage target so might just have to make an adjustment #75 🤔
Day 22 of #FITember & it was late night mileage squeezed in after my Girlguiding Volunteering 🌈 Forecast is good for the last week of our SFRS Family Support Trust challenge which hopefully means everyone participating, will enjoy clocking up their final miles 🎯 🚒❤️
Day 23 of #FITember and the weather was glorious for Team Tuesday Trekkers at HQ 😎 ☀️ 4 laps = another 2 miles for our SFRS Family Support Trust challenge 🚒❤️
Day 25 of #FITember and some of us had a hard day chilling while some of us clocked up some more miles for our SFRS Family Support Trust walking challenge 👣 the last couple of days have been chilly in the morning but oh so sunshiney later in the day 😎 hope it continues over the weekend 🤞
Day 26 of #FITember was another beautiful day - fab start to the holiday weekend ☀️ busy busy day but tonight we managed another couple of miles for our SFRS Family Support Trust & delighted to have reached our 🎯 #75 🥳 good luck to all our other participants clocking up their final miles 🚒❤️
Day 27 of #FITember managed a couple of miles for our SFRS Family Support Trust challenge this morning. This afternoon I popped down to my local station open day being held as part of the Carluke Jam&Ham celebrations - huge thanks to all the crew for their support as always 🚒❤️ #familymatters

Our final open day of the year is Maryhill Fire Station on Saturday 22nd November between 11am - 3pm. All Welcome and Free admission!
