Our crews, led by the steamfitters for today’s work scope, are back on the Third Street Bridge attaching new steel beams to the east side of the historic span, which was damaged in last year’s storms. Next up: Installing a railing and rebuilding the wooden sidewalk.

We celebrated Arbor Day on March 9, 2024. Working with 200 or so community volunteers, our urban forestry crews planted 100 new street trees in the Tenderloin, NoPa and Hayes Valley. We also hosted a family-fun community fair with lots of hands-on activities for all ages.
